TERMS AND CONDITIONS: GARMENT EXCHANGE PROGRAM 2024 (“OFFER”)
This offer is valid at limited and selected “The Raymond Shop” (TRS) & Multi Brand outlets.
The period of this offer is from 4th July 2024 till 28th July 2024.
The voucher issued will remain valid till 4th August 2024. Any requests/complaints would not be entertained after the expiry of the validity date under any circumstances.
The offer is applicable only on a minimum purchase of: Suiting fabric above MRP of Rs.1299/- per metre and Shirting fabric above MRP of Rs.799 /- per metre.
This offer is valid only on exchange of pre-owned usable garments (Men/Women/Kids)
On handing over “Pre-owned Garments*” i.e., Bottoms (Trouser/Denim/Cargo/Shorts) Top (Shirt, T-shirt), Women's (Salwar Suit/Saree/Trousers/Blouse), Kids (Shirt/Trouser/Dress) the customer will be given a complimentary voucher which will entitle the customer to free stitching on purchase of Raymond Suiting and Shirting fabrics only.
*Pre-Owned Garments: (no lingerie, no torn garments, no undergarments will be accepted. Further, the garments must be in usable condition).
The said voucher can only be redeemed at the respective TRS/Multi-brand outlets where the voucher was issued. One can avail and redeem up to 15 vouchers depending on the no. of pre-owned garments exchanged and new fabrics purchased.
This offer cannot be combined with any other offer / promotion running at the website and/or stores and also not applicable on Combo & Accessories and discounted merchandise.
This voucher cannot be redeemed in cash in any manner whatsoever.
The voucher is applicable only on standard stitching services. Any kind of additional trims in forms of lining, cuffs, buttons, styling etc. is not covered under the current offer.
This offer is entirely voluntary and therefore it would be assumed that the fabric has been purchased by the customer as per his or her requirement(s).
The stitching of Shirt/Trousers is also available at cost without availing the offer.
The Pre-owned Garments received from the customers under exchange program are on a non-returnable basis.
The Pre-owned Garments handed over under this offer should be free from any defects / fabric issues i.e., should not be torn; damaged & trims should not be broken & only those garments shall be accepted for availing the offer.
The final decision of the acceptance of the Old Garments is totally and solely at the discretion of The Raymond Shops and selected MBO’s.
The delivery of stitched garments will be completed as per the normal delivery lead times.
Raymond Lifestyle Limited (“Company”) reserves the right to change/modify/withdraw offer at any time at its sole discretion without any prior notice. In any manner whatsoever, the Customer shall not object or claim any damages against such change / modifications / withdrawal of offer.
Disputes, if any, shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai only.
The Company, company sales staff, agents of the Company or the retail network shall not be liable for any loss, expenses, costs, damage, injury etc. suffered by the Customer and/or anyone availing this offer.
