Not accepted categories/garments include Lingerie, undergarments, torn, damaged, or unusable garments.
All garments must be in usable condition, free from defects or broken trims.
The final decision on garment acceptance rests with the respective Outlet.
3. Voucher Issuance & Redemption
On successful exchange of Acceptable Garments, customers will receive a complimentary Voucher (“Voucher”).
Each Voucher entitles the customer to one free tailoring of Raymond trouser or shirting fabrics only and can only be redeemed at the same participating Outlet where it was issued.
To redeem the Voucher, the customer must purchase eligible fabric at the time of Voucher redemption, specifically:
Trouser fabric with an MRP above ₹1,200 per metre.
Shirting fabric with an MRP above ₹799 per metre.
Redemption of the Voucher is only valid if the customer redeems it by purchasing the trouser or shirting fabrics (as defined above) after the issuance of the Voucher.
Vouchers are valid only for standard stitching services. Additional trims such as linings, cuffs, buttons, or styling enhancements are not covered under this offer.
Vouchers issued under this offer are valid until 31st July 2025. No requests, claims or complaint’s will be entertained after this date.
A maximum of 15 Voucher’s can be availed and redeemed per customer, regardless of the number of garments exchanged or fabrics purchased.
Vouchers are not redeemable for cash under any circumstances.
Pre-owned garments submitted under this programme are non-returnable once a Voucher is issued.
4. Offer Exclusions
This offer cannot be combined with other promotions, gift vouchers, website offers, store discounts, combos, accessories, or discounted merchandise.
5. General Terms
Participation in this offer is entirely voluntary. It is assumed that the customer has purchased the fabric as per their own requirements.
Shirt and trouser stitching are also available at regular tailoring charges (without availing offer).
Delivery of stitched garments will be completed as per the agreed lead time at the time of order confirmation.
Raymond Lifestyle Limited (“Company”) reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or change the offer at its sole discretion without prior notice. Customers shall not be entitled to raise objections or claim damages due to such changes.
Any disputes arising from this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
The Company, its staff, agents, or retail partners are not liable for any loss, expense, cost, damage, or injury incurred by customers or participants in this offer.
